As part of a back to school campaign, Taank Optometrists will be giving away £100 of vouchers to spend on a bike. Every child under 16 that has an eye examination by 30th September 2011 will automatically enter a prize draw in an effort to promote the importance of regular checks.

Official figures suggest that 1 million children suffer from undetected vision problems which can seriously affect learning. Sight tests are free for under 16’s and the sooner vision problems are detected – the better the outcome. The winner will be announced on 1st October 2011.
